1955
 TEKHO group was founded by Mr. S. H. TENG under the name "TEKHO CHEMICALS CO.", located in Chung-Ho City, Taipei, Taiwan. We purchased "Natural Camphor Powder" as materials from "Taiwan Camphor Factory" to produce "Natural Borneol" and supplied "Chinese Medicine", and Fragrance industries.
1968
 The government run "Taiwan Camphor Factory" is shut down in 1967 because of continuous deficit and released the camphor re-production business to the public. In 1968, TEKHO won the bidding to own the factory facilities. It took four months to detach and transfer the components, and 12 months to assemble the distillation facility. Meanwhile, we also hire the top engineers to setup the sublimation facility.
1969
 TEKHO CHEMICALS started mass production. Hereafter, the sales kept growing and we felt the needs to expand the factory scale. We merged the facilities from Chi-Mei company and rename the company as "TEKHO CAMPHOR CO. LTD" and became the first company to manufacture camphor products. TEKHO extends the product line to not only Borneol, but also Natural Camphor , Camphor Tablet, White Camphor Oil, Sassafras Oil, Ho Oil, Yellow Camphor Oil and Terpinen-4-ol. The products were exported worldwide to Europe, US, Japan, etc.
1970
 TEKHO Upgraded Borneol facility to produce Natural Borneol Special , and imported Synthetic Camphor from Germany to produce Synthetic Borneol.
1976
 New developed product "Camphor Sulfonic Acid" was in mass production and explicitly became the major exportation role which used to be Natural Camphor. The same year, TEKHO expanded the factory size to accommodate the new Sulfonic Acid facility.
1982
 One more new product, "Camphoric Acid", was born. It is used as intermediate material in pharmaceutical market. This new product is so welcomed in pharmacy business, that it successfully brings TEKHO to global markets. Later, the related products like Camphoric Anhydride were developed too.
1991
 TEKHO forecasted the future demands in the market, and invest huge amount of capitals to found a new company "Taiwan Fine Chemicals Co. Ltd" in Taoyuan county, Taiwan to devote in producing aromatic products such as Eucalyptol, Natural Linalool, Terpinen-4-ol Natural, Nerolidol and Safrol, etc.
